During the 2002-2003 school year, Capital Region BOCES implemented the Annual Professional Performance Review process that was adopted by the Board of Education in the spring of 2002. The APPR was developed by the APPR Committee during the 2000-2001 and 2001-2002 school years.
The APPR is intended to improve and maintain the quality of instruction for the professional staff by reviewing staff performance on an on-going basis.
