BOCES host NWEA New York Assessment Summit

Several BOCES are hosting summits around the state to help school districts learn how to use data to close the academic achievement gap.

The "NWEA New York Assessment Summit" is set for the Capital Region BOCES area on July 14 at 900 Watervliet-Shaker Road, Albany. Register online

This unique event, brought by NWEA and several area BOCES, will empower school and district leaders with insights about academic assessments that can transform outcomes in schools.

NWEA (Northwest Evaluation Association) is a global not-for-profit educational services organization based in Portland, Oregon. At the summit, NWEA research and content experts Dr. John Cronin, Director of the Kingsbury Center, and Josie Rodriguez, Director of Content, will discuss:
