In today’s data-driven educational environment, gathering feedback from your public is more important than ever when determining a course of action or discerning the reasons behind the outcome of a voter referendum. Often, the best way to obtain this kind of qualitative and quantitative information is through careful market research.

The Communication Service offers a variety of tools to help gauge public opinion on key issues. Our most popular survey tools are voter exit surveys conducted in conjunction with capital project referenda and annual budget votes. We can develop a customized survey targeting the information you seek, or we can provide samples of best practices that can be
adapted by your staff. This service includes data entry and, if desired, a final report summarizing and analyzing respondents’ feedback.
