Communication and design services can be purchased on a project basis by districts that do not subscribe to the Core Communications Service or that need services in excess of their communications contract.

Districts seeking expert design, development, layout or writing assistance with specific projects can access the expertise of our communications staff on an hourly basis. Through consultation with you, we will provide a cost estimate before beginning any work, and you will be charged for hours actually spent on your project. Project-based work that can be provided “a la carte” includes:

Website design & development

Custom website tools and applications—such as census surveys, alumni directories and searchable staff databases

Logo designs and/or rebranding campaigns

Writing, design, photography and layout for print and electronic publications

Capital project or budget vote communications

Presentations and workshops on communication issues

Communication audits
