Capital District/North Country Early Childhood Direction Center (ECDC) is a New York State Education Department funded project that provides training, technical assistance, information and support for school districts, providers of early childhood services and parents in the identification, referral and support of special education pre-school age children. No cost to schools, parents or agencies.

Services include:

Our services are provided, free of charge and confidentially to all families, providers, and community agencies in the following areas: Albany, Clinton, Columbia, Essex, Franklin, Fulton, Greene, Hamilton, Montgomery, Rensselaer, Saratoga, Schenectady, Schoharie, St. Lawrence, Warren and Washington Counties.
