    Home page of the EBSCO support center. Recent news from EBSCO is listed on the right side of this page. Search box helps you find answers to your questions in the Knowledge Base. Searchable by keyword and interface type (EbscoHost Web, Searchasaurus, etc). Access to other support sections listed below.
    • User Support Materials Request Form
      Form to request Ebsco free tent cards and posters.
    • EBSCO Tutorials
      Online, "live action" tutorials from EBSCO. Requires Flash. Tutorials run for 3 or 4 minutes. Narrator explains the topic while images of the screen are shown. User can stop the action and restart as needed. This could be used during a demo session as an introduction to searching. Topics include Basic searching for K-12, Academic and Public, some advanced searching topics and use of the admin interface.

      Documentation and help files for each of the EBSCO interfaces. EBSCOHost, Admin, Searchasaurus, Novelist and other interfaces. Includes: Help Sheets, User Guides, individual database guides and more. If you need a handout, see if you any of these fit the bill.

    Download bulletins, manuals or other information regarding your Thomson Gale subscriptions. Contact phone numbers, support hours, form to submit a problem report.

    "The NOVEL Databases Help Desk toll-free phone number is (877) 277-0250. Callers in the Capital District may call (518) 486-6012.The Help Desk telephone is staffed by the New York State Library Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The staff answers questions about the NOVEL Databases relating to access, searching techniques and troubleshooting."
